Terms – Standard Commercial account terms are net 15 days from invoice date. Monthly Commercial account terms are net 10 days. All invoices are considered taxable unless a certificate of exemption is completed and on file in our office. (Credit Application)
Payment – We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.
Damages or Discrepancies – Items will be replaced at no charge if reported within five (5) business days.
Defective Merchandise – We will replace defective items at no charge if reported within 48 hours. After 48 hours the manufacturer must authorize warranty replacements. We can assist you in providing manufacturer phone numbers and/or website information.
Return Authorization – In order to receive 100% credit for you return(s), inspect all packages immediately and notify us promptly of any product discrepancies or damages. Shortages and Item Discrepancies must be made within five (5) business days of delivery. Please contact Customer Service or fill out the online Request A Return form and provide us with the packing list number, quantity and product number of the item to be returned. Credit will be issued when we receive the item and it meets the following criteria.

Must be in resale condition, in original packaging and unopened

Do no write on or place tape on the packaging
We will contact you if the item is unacceptable

Ohio State Law prohibits the return of any food items

Special Orders cannot be cancelled or returned
Electronic Equipment – Return Authorization for electronic equipment must be requested within five (5) business days of delivery. In order to receive full credit for return of electronic equipment, merchandise must be unused, in original packaging with all original manuals and/or warranty information. If a problem should occur after (15) business days, please contact the manufacturer for their warranty policy. We will assist you any way we can
